Q: Are your miniature toys suitable for children?
A: Our miniature toys are not suitable for children under 3 years old, as they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Please keep them out of reach of young children.
Q: Do the DIY kits come with instructions?
A: Yes! Every DIY kit includes step-by-step instructions to help you assemble your miniature scene with ease. Some kits may also offer video tutorials or QR codes linking to digital guides.
Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently, we only accept PayPal for all transactions. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
Q: How do I track my order status?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using this number.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll try our best to assist you if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s on its way, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
