- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the outer packaging
- (If possible) A short video of the unboxing process
Based on the evidence provided, we’ll issue either a full or partial refund.
✅ Full refunds are typically granted when the issue is clearly caused by transit or a product defect.
⚠ Partial refunds may apply in less clear cases.
And don’t worry — you won’t need to return the item.
