We do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. 

During busy seasons or holidays, it might take just a little longer — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated along the way!

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 10–20 business days, depending on your country and local postal services. 

Tracking info will be sent to your email once your order ships, and you can also check it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Order Cancellation

We totally understand — sometimes we change our minds!

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it at no charge.

Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it — but we’re always here to support you if you have any concerns.

• Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — we want to make sure your package gets to you without any issues.
• We don’t charge any taxes from our side, but your country may apply customs fees or import duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility if they occur.
